Questions teams usually ask us

Straight answers on cost, time, support, and how we work — before you get on a call.

How much does an infrastructure project cost?

It depends on the environment and the outcome you need. We do not quote from a catalogue. After a consultation and, where needed, a site survey, we give you a fixed-price proposal with a bill of quantities. Typical first projects for mid-size Bengaluru offices range from a focused backup or firewall job through to a full server-room refresh. We will tell you if a cheaper option will do.

Do you only work in Bengaluru / Bangalore?

We are based in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru, and we do on-site surveys, rack work, and training across India. Discovery calls and much of the design work can be remote.

Are you a product reseller?

No. We coordinate procurement from authorised channels so you get genuine hardware and valid warranties, but we are paid to design, implement, test, and hand over the solution — not to push a brand.

Will my team be able to run it after you leave?

That is the point of handover. We train your administrators on daily operations, monitoring, and backup checks, and we leave as-built diagrams, rack layouts, an asset register, and runbooks.

Do you offer AMC or ongoing support?

Yes, when you want it — after the project is signed off. Many customers only need us for implementation and then run the environment themselves. If you want a health-check or AMC, we scope that separately so it is not hidden in the project price.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused backup or firewall deployment can complete in days once hardware is on site. A server-room refresh or virtualisation migration is usually planned in phases over a few weeks. The proposal will show a timeline before you approve.

What if we are not sure what we need?

Start with a conversation. We assess before we recommend. You can also use the requirement assistant on this website, or WhatsApp us on +91 95354 22353.

Do you work with VMware, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Veeam?

We implement those platforms when they fit the workload. We are vendor-neutral: if a simpler or more appropriate option exists, we will say so rather than force a brand.

What is ZEA360, and do you sell it?

ZEA360 is an all-in-one ERP from Royal Maan Technologies. Kerox Systems is a promotional partner: we introduce the product, run discovery and demos, and can size a quote. See the ZEA360 page or send an enquiry.

What is Kevantic, and is it part of Kerox?

Kevantic is our managed SOC / MSSP brand, operated by Kevantic Cyber Security Private Limited. Kerox Systems remains the infrastructure integrator. See the Kevantic page or kevantic.com.
