After a consultation and, where needed, a site survey, we give you a fixed-price proposal with a bill of quantities. No. We coordinate procurement from authorised channels so you get genuine hardware and valid warranties, but we are paid to design, implement, test, and hand over the solution — not to push a brand.
That is the point of handover. We train your administrators on daily operations, monitoring, and backup checks, and we leave as-built diagrams, rack layouts, an asset register, and runbooks.
Yes, when you want it — after the project is signed off. Many customers only need us for implementation and then run the environment themselves. If you want a health-check or AMC, we scope that separately so it is not hidden in the project price.
